Governance Online is a web based solution which allows the Company Secretariat, and other key influencers of corporate governance policy, to centrally implement and manage all processes and actions required by codes of best practice in both the private and public sectors.
Governance Online identifies processes that require being actioned and reported against. Users can assess, control and track an organisation’s compliance with best practice and highlight areas where further development of corporate governance policy is required.
A diary system provides timely reminders of action points and all documents which support corporate governance policy, process or disclosure, can be uploaded into Governance Online. This facility allows organisations to establish a central repository of documents which will record the history and development of its corporate governance regime.
Governance Online’s centralised document repository, together with its actions history, provides a clear and concise audit trail that supports all corporate governance disclosures and reduces assurance costs.
